The line is specially used to produce high conductivity oxygen free copper rod. When the mould clamping wheel is changed, it can also produce other specifications of copper rod, copper tube and other cross-section products. The casting specification is copper rod Φ8-20mm, and the daily production capacity is about 6t. The melting furnace adopts one set 300KG / 80kW electric furnace, and the holding furnace adopts one set 80kW electric furnace. The annual output of two connected updraft continuous casting unit is 2000 tons / year. The unit is driven by imported servo motor and loaded with advanced pitch control system in China. Users can directly input pitch length to meet the special requirements of casting process.

It can meet the special requirements of updraft continuous casting track. The take-up system adopts advanced synchronous tracking system, tension sensor and copper rod arranged in order, and the take-up amount is more than 3t. The main electrical equipment is Schneider t electric, and the silicon steel sheet is imported from Japan. The products are superior to the domestic similar products.
The production line is composed of a specially designed two connected cored power frequency induction copper melting furnace, a 4 head continuous casting machine, 1 servo motor drives, a set of wire passing frame, 2 double head coiling machines, water supply and drainage system and supporting electrical parts.
