2.OEM box is available for big quantity orders, the logo can be printed as your requirement.

Our factory offer different kinds of deliver methods for your order, to save your shipping cost, we will recemmend the best way as below:

For Small order (below 1000 pcs): make shipment by Express.

For Bigger quantity order(1000-20000 pcs): make shipment by air cargo

For huge quantity order (20000 pcs or above): make shipment by sea

Q1. Can we take samples for testing before placing an order?
A1: Yes, you can.welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable as well.

A2: Yes,we are.we are a manufacture,we can offer OEM,ODM service from design,molding until assemble to packing.

Q3.What certificates do you have for your company and your goods?

A3: Our company has got certificates ISO9001 and SEDEX(4P),our goods have passed CE,ROHS,FCC,UL etc.we can support to make certificate you mentioned as well,and the cost afforded by your side.

Q4. What shall we do if we want to print our own logo?
A4: At first, please kindly send us your logo pattern file in high resolution.We will make some drafts for your reference to confirm the position and the size of your logo.After that,we will produce 1-2 samples for you to check the actual effect. Finally will starter the formal mass production after the sample confirmed.

Q5. How do you ship our cargoes and how long does it take to deliver?
A5: We usually ship cargoes by express (DHL/UPS /TNT /Aramex/ EMS...ect). Normally, for small orders, we can send out goods within 4 days. Please be patient, we will inform you the tracking # and the updated tracking information; for big quantity/OEM orders, the production will takes longer time.

Q6. What is the warranty of your products?
A6: Enjoy 1 year warranty to all our products will upon the date of the goods send out/received.For issue items, you can collect them and send them back to us as our instructions, we will offer free repair/ replacement and send them back with your new orders.
