High Precision Radar Water Level Sensor Price Transmitter Water Level Transmitter
The sensor is a 26G high-frequency radar liquid level sensor, and the maximum measurement distance can reach 70 meters.
The antenna has been further optimized, and a fast new microprocessor can perform higher speed signal processing, making the instrument suitable for use in reactors, solid state storage bins and some complex measurement conditions.
The antenna is small in size and easy to install; non-contact radar, no wear and pollution. Virtually unaffected by corrosion and foam. And it is almost immune to changes in water vapor, temperature and pressure in the atmosphere. Severe dusty environment has little effect on high frequency level gauge. The wavelength is shorter and has better reflection on inclined solid surfaces. The beam angle is large, the energy is concentrated, while enhancing echo and avoiding interference. Measuring blind spots with smaller canned measures will give good results. Low noise ratio for better performance even in fluctuating situations. High frequencies are the best choice for measuring solids and low dielectric constants.
How does radar level measurement work?
The device operates according to the FMCW method (FMCW = Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave). Electromagnetic pulses in the GHz range are sent to the medium at different frequencies between 77 and 81 GHz. Since the transmitter is constantly changing the frequency of the transmitted signal, there is a frequency difference between the transmitted and reflected signals. Subtract the frequency of the reflected signal from the frequency of the transmitted signal at that time to obtain a low-frequency signal proportional to the horizontal distance. This signal is further processed to enable fast, reliable and highly accurate level measurement
