PL301 liquid level transmitter is based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid level is proportional to the liquid level height. It uses the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon to convert pressure into electrical signals. After temperature compensation and linear calibration, it is converted into standard current, voltage, RS485 and other signal outputs, and can be directly connected to PLC/DSC, display instruments, computers, etc. It has good stability and reliability. The OEM oil filled core is enclosed in a stainless steel housing. The front end protective cap plays the role of protecting the sensor diaphragm, and can also make the liquid smoothly contact the diaphragm. The waterproof wire is sealed with the shell, and the air vent pipe in the cable is connected with the outside. Anti condensation design of internal structure. PL301 is equipped with micro signal processing circuit for long-distance transmission. Description PL301 Submersible level transmitter
The PL301 submersible level transmitter/hydrostatic level sensor is designed for use in rivers, reservoirs, storage tanks, boreholes, vessels and channels. With a long-term immersion protection of 100 meters, they are also ideal for measuring pressure in submerged pipes and vessels.
For applications where aggressive media such as seawater or leachate are present, especially landfills, we can offer submersible level transmitters in high-grade duplex stainless steel with extremely high corrosion resistance.
Use the triple sealed rear end assembly and custom vented PUR cable for electrical connection to the hydrostatic level transmitter. This provides atmospheric pressure reference and guarantees the integrity of IP68 to a water depth of 100 meters.
The output of the standard submersible level transmitter is a two-wire 4-20mA signal with a surge protection circuit, which can reduce the impact of electrical transients caused by nearby lightning strikes and power fluctuations. For applications that use a data logger, a proportional version can be used, which provides 0.5-4.5Vdc output from a 5Vdc power supply.
