TXtelsig YPM04074540 RF Amplifier 400~678MHz 10W Power Amplifier Module
The YPM04074540 is a high-gain, high-power, and highly integrated Power Amplifier Module (PAM) intend for TETRA Communication requiring up to 8W output power. The PAM provides a typical gain of 45 dB and output power of 10W with CW signal input, typical quiescent bias condition is 28V at 60mA, the input and output are internally matched and require a minimum of external matching components, it is internally integrated with power detected unit and ESD protect unit. The YPM04074540 is housed inside a miniature 8-lead, 10×10×1.1mm3 LGA package.
