A2: The stock sample 1 day, making sample 5-7 workdays after received your sample charge. The production lead time depend on your order quantity, about 25-30 days based on MOQ.

Q3. What is your payment term ?

A3: T/T, Western Union is acceptable.

Q4. When can we get samples ?

A4: Samples preparing will take about 3 days. Air shipment is about 5-7 days depend on DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS...

Q5. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A5: For small order, express will be faster but the shipping cost will be expensive, post air mail will be cheaper but it will take about 1-2 month of shipping time. And for bulk order, sea shipping way is best but take more time. For urgent orders, we suggest delivery by air to airport.
