Delivery time:

1. By Express(DHL,UPS,FedEx,TNT): around 3-5 working days delivery.
2. By Sea: around 4 weeks delivery.
3. By your forwarder arrangement.

Shipment details:

1. Processing Time: 1-3 days;

2. Shipping by EMS/DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS/SEA/Train

3. Shipping time: 3-8 days for Express; 30days for SEA and Train

How to pair ?

1. Activating the EarBuds.

2. Take out the EarBuds from the case, they will auto power on and pair with each other.

3. The main EarBud will auto enter into pairing mode while LED light on vice EarBud will be turn off.

4. Search for "name"on mobile devices and connect it with EarBuds.

Tips:

1. Before use the EarBuds, please read the user manual

carefully and keep it for future references.

2. The EarBuds should be fully charged prior to first-time use.

3. If the EarBuds is not being used for over 1 month, please

charge it before use it again.

4. Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.

5. If the Earbuds cannot be found by your mobile devices,

please check whether it is in pairing mode; if not pair/

connect the EarBuds with mobile devices for a long time,

the EarBuds will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the

pairing mode; if a procedure error occurs on mobile devices,

please reset it; otherwise, reset the EarBuds.

Q1: What is your terms of delivery?
A1: FOB/CIF/Door to Door/By air as you like.

Q2: Are you manufacturer?
A2: Yes, our factory has been for 10 years. Sincerely welcome to visit our factory any time.

Q3. How to get samples for testing ?

A3: Please select the samples you are interested, then we will proceed with sample invoice. Samples will be shipped out by ourselves or via your carrier account after confirmation.

Q4. Can I have a sample even pre-production before I send you the order?

A4:Yes. Samples could be sent for evaluation at any time, but freight is on your treat.

Q5. What is your MOQ for OEM ?

A5: Normally our MOQ is 3000pcs per model. But for trial order, 1000pcs is acceptable

Q6. Which payment methods do you accept?

Q6:We accept Western Union, T/T.

Payment terms:30% t.t,70% before shipment,others terms acceptable,and can be talked
