Product presentation

The Diamond Broaches are used to remove or broach tight spots in tubing strings using hardenedcutting teeth to cut or shear materials from the tubing wall.Broaches can be manufactured in many configurations and sizes to meet specific wellbore conditions.
Diamond broaches use diamond shaped teeth to remove scale, debris, or deformationsfrom the inside of the tubing string.Diamond broaches can be disassembled and have the cutting sleeves changed should the teeth becomedamaged during operation.Pineapple broaches can be used to repair tight collars, or deformations on the inside of the tubing stringin preparation for equipment such as plunger lift systems, or logging operations.

Structural features and use
The diamond broach is connected by a body, a knife body and a pressure cap, and the pressure cap is supported by a nail wire after it is connected with the body. The body has a vent hole for filtering when used. The blade of the knife body is arranged in a diamond shape and can be scraped down or up. Moreover, the diamond-shaped cutting edge is all quenched.
Connect the drill insert scraper to the bottom of the tool string. When the drill insert scraper is lowered to the position of the obstruction in the well, the jar is knocked down and the cone is scraped off the obstruction to achieve the effect of cleaning dirt; Or when the diamond broach encounters obstacles when it is lifted upward, it can be jolted upward and the cone can scrape away the obstacles to also clean up the dirt.

Diamond-inserted pipe scraper can only be used for cone scraping a certain amount of obstruction shape, tubing obstruction is too thick or tubing has serious deformation, should consider using other tools.
