Alloy Steel Slickline Roller Ball Sub Wireline Tools And Equipment
Wireline Roller Ball Sub Wireline Tool String
I. Overview
A wireline roller ball sub is utilized when running in heavily deviated wells, especially if there are dog legs within the completion string. The roller ball overcomes friction which can be caused by the tool string scraping against the tubing wall and has the advantage of being spring loaded, enabling them to retract through restrictions

III. Structural features and use:
The wireline roller ball sub is composed of the body, ball and screw. There is a ball socket on the top of the body, which can contain the ball and spring. The spring is fixed with the screw. The spring has an effect on the ball, which can make the ball always hold out against the bottom of ball socket and bulge from the body.
