Quick Union Wireline Lubricator Hydraulic Pressure Control

I. Introduction
The Wireline Lubricator is a pipe with a quick coupling and can withstand high pressure, which is used to accommodate downhole tools in and out of the well under Lubricator. The lower part of the blowout preventer is connected with the blowout Lubricator, and the upper part is connected with the blowout Lubricator box or grease injection sealing system. The length of the blowout Lubricator is generally 8 feet, but there are also 4 feet and 7 feet. During operation, the combination of multiple lubricators shall be selected according to the length of running tools. Nozzle can be divided into two types: upper section and lower section. The upper lubricator contains basic tool strings such as rope cap, weighting rod and jar. The lower lubricator needs to accommodate the downhole device, and the pipe has a pressure relief hole. After the Lubricator tap is installed and the pressure relief valve is installed, the pressure in the well can be read and released.

III. Pressure Test

1. Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test pipeline; 2. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test: pressurize it to the test pressure, keep the pressure for 15 minutes without leakage, and fill in the test record card.

IV. Routine maintenance:

1. After each use, the sealing ring must be replaced;

2. When not in use for the time being, take silk protector for storage.
