Wellhead Joint Wireline Pressure Control Equipment
I. Overview
The wellhead joint is used to connect the blowout preventer and the wellhead, the upper part of which is connected to the blowout preventer, and the lower part is connected to the wellhead.
Wellhead joints are sealed by threads. When in use, wrap the thread with a PTFE tape or apply anti-sticking grease on the thread, and then directly tighten the wellhead joint on the wellhead thread.
II, pressure test:
Wellhead joints should be subjected to regular compression strength tests, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure.
1. Install the pressure test joint and connect the pressure test pipeline;
2. Start the pressure test pump to perform a pressure test: press to the test pressure, keep the pressure for 15 minutes without leakage, and fill in the test record card.
III, daily maintenance:
1. The withstand voltage test should be performed regularly;
2. When temporarily not in use, you should bring the protective wire for storage.
