Product introduction

A Spring Jar is a tool used to provide upward jolts in heavy-duty fishing operations. The tool works on the shift-flick principle, ensuring trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance.

Structural features

The tool consists of a fishing neck, a barrel, a jar rod, a coupling sub, a lock block, a slip, a spring, a coupling rod, a gasket, a coupling sleeve, a pressure sleeve, a adjusting nut, a lower joint and a disc spring. When the jar is closed, the slip on the jar rod is opened and stuck on the connecting rod equipped with the disc spring under the action of the spring; When lifting the tool, the jar rod drives the slip to pull the joint rod and compresses the disk spring to reserve energy; When the jar rod runs for a period of travel, the slip is compressed and withdrawn by the coupling nipple, and the disc spring force is released instantly to complete the jar effect.

Instructions for use

I.The lower end of the spring jar is usually connected to the tool that needs to be jolted upward. When the tool string is lowered to the predetermined position a little past, stop lowering it. First gently lift the tool string, after treatment resistance, control the lifting force according to the pre-adjusted size of the jarring force and control the lifting force at the basic fixed value. Continue lifting the tool string at a constant speed until the wire suddenly loses tension and the jolt is complete. If you fail to complete the job the first time, lower the string slightly to reset the spring jar and jar again.
II.Insert a thin iron rod into the hole of the bushing and rod as required. Adjust the nut with a force adjustment tool to obtain the high, medium, and low shock force.

Notes
I. After several times of use, the lock block, spring and slip should be checked for damage and replaced in time;
II. The spring jar only has multiple upward jar functions and cannot be used for downward jar.
III.Spring jar is not suitable for operation in Wells with large sand content, so as to avoid sand chips entering the jar and causing failure of the jar.
