Incoloy mesh includes Incoloy 800 Incoloy 800H and Incoloy 825 mesh.
The product forms include woven wire mesh, perforated metal and expanded metal.
Incoloy Mesh is made for serving in high temperatures environments. It is recommended for applications that demand resistance to creep and cracking in diverse aggressive corrosion environments. Incoloy alloys have good strength and supreme resistance to oxidation and carburization at the elevated temperatures.

Incoloy 800 Mesh (UNS N088011) has good strength and outstanding resistance to oxidation and carburization up to 1100oF. It is resistant to aqueous corrosion. Incoloy 800 Mesh is utilized in flue gas scrubber and chemical plants for handling phosphoric acid and sulfuric acids.

Incoloy 800 mesh is widely utilized in the applications where temperature rises up to 1100oF. For applications above 1100oF, Incoloy 800H/800HT is recommended to provide the necessary resistance to creep and cracking.
Incoloy 800H/HT Mesh (UNS No N08810/8811) provides very high creeping resistance and excellent corrosion resistance properties. It withstands higher stress than conventional industrial alloys and resists localized corrosion. Incoloy 800H/HT Mesh is used in chemical and petrochemical treatment, power units, industrial furnaces and heat processing plants.

Incoloy 825 Mesh has firm austenitic structure, it provides enhanced corrosion resistance in the several aggressive conditions including sulfuric, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, nitrates and oxidizing salts. Incoloy 825 Mesh also has superior aqueous corrosion resistance than alloy 800. It has great mechanical properties from moderate to high temperatures. Incoloy 825 Mesh prevents attack in reducing and oxidizing acidic environments, localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
