Shuttleless weft insertion is used in all shuttleless weaving machines, which can be divided into two types: rapier weft insertion and rapier weft insertion.

Shuttleless weaving machine is one of the screen machines. It is manufactured by the screen machine manufacturer. It can weave metal or plastic wires within a certain range. According to the demand of weaving screen, four types of shuttleless weaving machines are developed: type B, type D, type KD, heavy duty. It can also be divided into 1000, 1300, 1600, 2500-10000mm wide mesh width shuttleless loom models.

The appearance of the four types of machine is roughly the same, which can be divided into two types: Double heald weaving, four heald weaving, lifting heald and arch heald.

All four models have automatic diameter feeding, shuttle free weft insertion, active web winding, passive cutting, diameter breaking and weft breaking, automatic brake and stop alarm. The mechanical properties are stable and reliable. The braidable range is 1000mm-8000mm wide mesh, the wire diameter range is 0.025mm-1.6mm, 5 mesh-2000 mesh, and the mesh number is the mesh number contained within 1 inch.

B-type shuttleless weaving machine is suitable for the weaving of small wire diameter and high mesh. The range of positive mesh diameter is 0.025mm-0.375mm. Four heald braiding can braid stainless steel mesh up to 2000 mesh.

The diameter of D-type shuttleless loom is larger than that of B-type shuttleless loom.

KD shuttleless loom can weave 2-200 mesh.

The heavy-duty shuttleless woven mesh is 2-120 mesh, with strong bearing capacity and large textile silk size.
