ZWJ-1800 Middle-Heavy-Type Metal Wire Mesh Weaving Machine

 Characteristic and application: This type of machine is up to the international advanced standard. With leading weft shuttleless-straightaway, feeding warp and furling mechanically-automatically, automatic stop weaving upon breaking of wire. The metal wire mesh by this type of weaving machine is widely used in filtering of liquid and gas and sieving of solid particle in petroleum, chemcial industry, equipment and machinery, military industry, aerospace etc.

  2. It works automatic stopping and displaying functions at any warp broken or weft broken.
  3. Lower centre of the gravity, good stablility, low noise and watt consumption, high efficiency
  4. Large adjust range: The tinsel gauzes can be weaved out by the machine of not only square holes from 40 to 400 mesh but also special kinds up to 2600mesh, such as plain weave, taper weave. Zooz weave and taper contrast high thickness weve etc and have advantage over ones by other machine.
