Screw Heat Treatment Production Line/Annealing Furnace

Production Flow:

Metal fasteners’ feeding(manual* or automatic feeding machine) → carburizing & heating(by mesh belt type muffle furnace )→ quenching (by quenching oil tank & mesh belt type hoister) → cleaning (immersion type washing machine) → tempering (mesh belt type tempering furnace)

Features:

- structure designed based on Switzerland SAFED furnace with adoption of Japan KOYO technology,

- application of famous brand material, components and parts.

- electric heating elements replaceable without stopping production, easy to disassemble for maintenance.

- equipped with reliable electric control, safety lock and alarm function.

- control system: Japan touch screen as upper computer, Japan RKC temperature control meter, Siemens PLC.

- adopt office automation, system running data and alarm record can be transferred by USB to user’s data base or connected to office area network, easy to operate.

- software features: start multiple functions by touch screen, convenient data input/setup, real time monitoring, hints for operation that prevent misoperation.
