1, Positioning

1. Connect the center of the roller on the side of the tractor with the wire wheel of the outlet head of the machine

2, Power on

1. Open the back door of the control box of the tractor and take-up machine at the bottom left of the electrical board

3, Debugging

1. Check whether the power supply is normal, and stop the tractor and take-up machine control panel,

Turn right to eject and turn on the switch.

2. Press the start button to adjust the potentiometer to see if the motor rotation direction and speed control are correct

Normally, press the emergency stop button to stop the machine.

3. Turn the meter counting wheel to see whether the meter is recorded, whether the meter is stopped and whether the meter is reset

4. Press the up and down keys of the take-up machine to see if the rotation direction of the reduction motor is normal, and

Observe whether the upper and lower limits of the lifting tray are normal.

4, Meter setting

1. Remove the material cover of the meter on the control panel. The red LED of the meter shows the current value and the green LED shows the target value. For example, each coil of wire requires 100

Set "1", "2" and "3" to zero, and press "4" to "1" to achieve the target

The value is 100.0, and the line will stop when it is rolled to 100 meters.

2. Set the deceleration ahead of time. After setting the target value, press the "mode" key to turn red

3. Parameter correction

(4) Press mode 3 times to set SCL value to 00.5000 (factory value is

5000), note: with the increase of SCL value, the shorter the actual number of meters, the smaller the SCL value
