Single Side Heat Shrinkable Tube Heater with Intelligent Temperature Control

The single side heat shrinkable tube heater, which has intelligent temperature control, is ideal for heating shrinkage of heat-shrinkable tubes in the wire harness manufacturing industry. It can change the temperature based on the needs of the manufacturing process, and the contraction period is short. It can shrink to any length and run continuously for 24 hours without stopping. There are unidirectional reflective thermal materials available to ensure that the heat shrinkable tube is uniformly heated.

The conveyor belt heating box is fully closed, and the input and output ends of the heating box have a sliding door that can rise and fall, effectively preventing heat leakage, protecting the working environment, energy efficiency, and increasing the machine's capacity to perform several tasks with one machine.

The height can be easily adjusted thanks to the infrared heating tube. Ascertain that the distance between the light source and the conveyor belt is consistently maintained.
