Up to 9 layers Concentric Positioning Coaxial Cable Spiral Stripping Machine

This coaxial wire stripping machine can strip up to 9 layers and the machine uses a specific concentric positioning method of device to eliminate the retrieve of the center when there is a tooling change.

There are 50 sets of data can be memorized for make it easy to setup various functions, with the following working modes: 1) automatic peeling, 2) manual peeling, and 3) foot switch operation peeling

The transmission is driven by NSK from Japan, and the ball bearings and wire rods to keep the motion accuracy within 0.08 mm

The host control system adopts Japan high-precision PLC multi-point control system, which make the performance for more stable

The blade adopts imported tungsten steel, and the precision of the cutting is ensured by 15 high-precision grinding processes with a cutting finishing of 0.0005 mm
