Waterproof and breathable valve Series
The working principle of the waterproof and breathable valve is based on a special breathable membrane and an ingenious structural design. The core breathable membrane has a special microporous structure, with the diameter of these micropores at the nanometer level. This allows gas molecules to freely pass through the micropores by virtue of their own thermal motion, achieving gas exchange. However, liquid water molecules, due to the intermolecular forces and their relatively large aggregate size, cannot pass through these micropores and are thus effectively blocked, realizing the waterproof function.
When the pressure inside the equipment increases due to reasons such as temperature changes or chemical reactions, the internal gas can be discharged through the waterproof and breathable valve to balance the internal pressure. Conversely, when the external pressure is higher than the internal pressure, the external gas can also enter the equipment through the breathable valve to maintain pressure balance.
Meanwhile, the outer shell of the waterproof and breathable valve is usually made of waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion - resistant materials, which further protects the internal breathable membrane and enables it to operate normally in various harsh environments. This unique working principle enables the waterproof and breathable valve to effectively achieve the breathable function while ensuring waterproof performance, providing a strong guarantee for the stable operation of the equipment.
