Machine Main Feature:

  1. The automatic cable coiling and wrapping machine equip PLC & HMI control program for automatic operation. All parts are chosen from international brands. Parameters can be set on the control program in English. And coiling OD can be adjustable. The cable cutting length can be adjusted as set. The automatic error detection function will alarm when trouble occurs.
  2. Application Function: Automatic coiling, strapping, full packing of heat shrinking.
  3. Can connect with the extrusion line for the non-stop cable automatic packing.
  4. The machine can be connected with a labeling machine, automatic labeling with the manual.
  5. Can also choose a robot stacking system for full automatic running of the packing.
  6. The system with automatic detection function, when a problem comes out, the machine can auto-detect the mistakes, and send a message to warn the operator.
