Single Motor Drive Rigid Stranding Machine
Equipped with a constant tension control system and intelligent brake system:
By Tracking(Supersonic) the length of wire wrapped in the bobbin, the length of wire remaining on the bobbin will be detected and transmitted to PLC. The PLC will control the in-taking air by a proportional valve and make the tension of the wire constant following the length of the wire remaining. Two groups control the tension of brake discs for paying off to ensure the pressure on discs is equal. The pneumatic brake system is controlled by an intelligent brake system. When an emergency stops the machine, the speed signal of each cage will be transmitted to PLC by the sensor. PLC will make calculations automatically and provide different brake forces to each cage by proportional valve accordingly. Then the different cages will stop synchronizing.
Electrical Control System:
The synchronal control system for separate motorized strander is different from other similar strander system by other makers. It's easy to operate by setting up all parameters on the touch screen. All process parameters can be recollected. A unique pro and data collection system ensure the machine running is stable and reliable. The precision of lay length is less than 3% when emergency stop and less than 1% when normal stop of the line (Profibus communication control).
