Description

Warm Water Cooling Trough For Wire Insualtion Extrusion:

  1. Application for the building wire & electric wire inusulation cooling;
  2. Material: Stainless steel
  3. Slot length: 2.5 meters alphabetical
  4. Groove type: U-shaped active warm water tank;
  5. Water tank: with warm water tank, heating tube heating, temperature control table control, special warm water pump circulation.
  6. Extrusion Line can Connect with Cable coiling and robot stacking system or reel takeup;
  7. Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.
  8. The extrusion crosshead of EX series can be selected from center-adjusted or adjustless, strip color and skin color can be adopt.
  9. Extrusion Temperature control by Japan RKC;
