Wire Insulation Line with Cable Coiling Machine:

  1. Application for the building wire & electric wire inusulation;
  2. Line Connect with Cable coiling and robot stacking system;
  3. Line speed Max. 300m/min;
  4. 2 Insualtion line with Packing machine connect with robot stacking system to save labor cost;
  5. Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.
  6. The extrusion crosshead of EX series can be selected from center-adjusted or adjustless, strip color and skin color can be adopt.
