Description

φ80mm cable extruder Machine​:

Power: AC frequency conversion motor

Reduction gear box: The gear adopts grinding gear (Imitation Italian type) ZLYJ240-Ⅱ,dedicated reduction gear box for extruder.

Screw: 38CrMoAlA,φ80mm,L/D 25:1；

Barrel: 38CrMoAlA；

Screw speed:10-80rmin；

Heating: using voltage 230V, barrel 5, cast aluminum heater, heating power of 4kW each paragraph; paragraph 1 with clamp, stainless steel heater heating, heating power 12*150W;

Clamp: two piece clamp;

Cooling Method: 5 sets high-pressure centrifugal fans with screw barrel cooling, fan power 370W; natural cooling of machine clamps;

The material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAl, hardness requirements: barrel not less than 1000HV, screw not less than 800HV, nitriding treatment, corrosion and wear resistance. The pressure limit of the barrel is not less than 1000bar.
