OD Tetser for Wire Insualtion Extrusion:

  1. Brand: British ProtonPD30X;
  2. Measuring range: Φ0.1mm~Φ20mm
  3. Accuracy: +/- 0.002mm +/- 0.008% of product size
  4. RS485 directly from the caliper
  5. GLASS LOGIC - measuring transparent objects
  6. Application for the building wire & electric wire inusulation;
  7. Line Connect with Cable coiling and robot stacking system;
  8. Line speed Max. 300m/min connect with cable coil packing machine;
  9. 2 Insualtion line with Packing machine connect with robot stacking system to save labor cost;
  10. Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.
