Description

φ50mm Co-extrusion Machines:

Skin layer and strip extrusion;

Power: 18.5kW AC variable frequency motor;

Reduction gear box: The gear adopts grinding gear ZLYJ133, the special reduction gear box for extruder;

Screw: 38CrMoAl, φ50mm, aspect ratio 25:1;

Screw barrel: 38CrMoAl;

Screw speed: 10-110rmin;

Extrusion volume: 70kg/h (open head, soft PVC);

Electric heating: using voltage of 220V, 3 stages of screw barrel, heating by cast aluminum heater, heating power of each stage is 2.2kW; 1 stage of machine clamp, heating of stainless steel heating rod, heating power of 9*110W;

Machine clip form: two-piece machine clip;

Cooling method: 3 high-pressure centrifugal fans for barrel cooling, fan power 100W; natural cooling with machine clips.
