630 Rigid Strander

General Description and Technical Requirements:

1. Each cage is driven by separate motor, stranding pitch can be adjusted by Touch screen;

2. Application: This machine can run stranding and armouring process;

3. Direction: can run Z and S direction for all cage;

4. Application Type of wire: Copper, Aluminium, tinning copper and steel wire;

5. Loading/Unloading: Bottom or Side loading;

6. Conductor type: Round and Sector shape (block for sector roller can rotate to make pitch spiral);

7. Counter: Mechanical & Electrical;

8. Wire Tension Control: Electrical control system by Electronic drive with valve.

Equipped with contant tension control system and intelligent brake system:

By Tracking(Supersonic) the length of wire wrapped on bobbin, the length of wire remaining on bobbin will be detected and transmitted to PLC. The PLC will control the in-taking air by proportional valve and make the tension of wie constant following the length of wire remaining. Two groups controlling the tension of brake dics for paying-off to ensure the pressure on dics equal. Pneumatic brake system is controlled by intelligent brake system. When energency stop of machine, the speed signal of each cage will be trasmitted to PLC by sendsor. PLC will make calculation automatically and provide different brake force to each cage by proportional valve accordingly. Then the different cage will stop synchronized.

Electrical Control System:

The synchronal control system for separate motorized strander is different with other similar strander system by other makers. It's easy to operator by setting-up of all parameters on touch screen. All process parameters can be recollected. Unique pro and date collection system ensure machine running stable and realiable. The precision of lay length is less than 3% when emergency stop ans less than 1% when normal stop of line (Profibus communication control).

Pneumatic brake:

In order to ensure the pitch between starting and stopping, brakes are very important. Our company adopts heavy-duty pneumatic brakes. Each stranding cage is equipped with two sets of pneumatic brakes. The pneumatic brake device is controlled by an intelligent brake system, when the reel stops in an emergency, the sensor of each section of the cage sends a speed signal to the PLC, PLC determines the braking force required for each segment of the cage to stop after calculation, so as to ensure the synchronization of the brakes.

The machine sets the air pressure protection device. If the air pressure does not reach the set value, the machine cannot operate.

The wire passing molds are all made of tungsten steel molds, which are smooth and do not scratch, wear-resistant and durable.
