7. Microcomputer memory can store 99 different specifications of wire coil. When you need to change the product

specifications, you just need to read the data of the stored specifications. No need to input again, and you can produce immediately.

Film Wrapping Machine Specification:

1. PVC∕PE/PP Film Tape size:Thickness0.05mm～0.07mm × Width 40mm～50mm.

2. Film Loading Method: Pneumatic Clamping.

3. Operation panel adopts man-machine interface﹙Graphic Operator Interface﹚.

4. Whole machine electrical loop control: Adopt Mitsubishi microcomputer programmable controller (P.L.C).

5. Instruments and switches on the operation panel: touch screen, speed adjustment button, emergency switch, etc

6. It can be equipped with an automatic label feeding mechanism (optional), which can automatically absorb a label and feed it onto the coil.
