Cable Coiling Machine

Machine Main Feature:

1. Connect with the extrusion line or separate application for cable coiling line;

2. System with automatic detection function, when problem come out, the machine can auto detect the mistakes, and send message to warn the operator;

3. Operation control Method:Touch screen+PLC；

4. Machine can remember 99 different specifications of cable coil, when change different cable size do not input again;

specifications, you just need to read the data of the stored specifications. No need to input again, and you can produce immediately;

5. Machine can forecast automatic deceleration, and the will automatic coiling with set meter;

6. Traverse device: by servo motor and synchronizes with the production line;

7. Instrument and switch on the operation panel: touch screen, speed adjustment button;

8. Waste wire can be automatically eliminated or the coiling function can be continued after manual marking.

9. All conform to CE guidelines and have been designed using the latest technology.

10. Parameters can be set on the control program with English.
11. Coiling OD cab be adjustable.
12. Cable cutting length can be adjusted as setting.
