Description

High Speed Tubular Stranding Machine:

  • Tubular Type Stranding Machine is suitable for high-speed stranded 7/12/19 round, compressed copper and aluminum conductor or steel wire with 100% back twist movement.
  • 6 bobbin, 6+12 bobbin,bearings type and support by big bearing suitable for high speed rotation.

  • Non-metallic taping head and steel taping head are available.

  • Equipped with wire-break detection device to ensure machine will stop automatically if any wire breaks.

    PLC+HMI Electrical control system.

  • The machine with MMI+PLC control system for pre-setting stranding pitch, wire tension control, automatic tension compensation control and for speed synchronization with the take up unit.

  • steel plate splicing welding and setting out frame, CNC cutting plate, using bending process, less welding position, large bearing capacity, boring after overall annealing, high precision, durable and unchangeable.
