Description:

1. The pay-off can work with drawing machine, annealing machine, extrusion line, coiling and packing machine, rewinding machine, ect...

2. Machine can be designed to Double reel payoff and Single Reel Payoff;

3. Structure: The pintle table is fixed, can not be moved from left and right;

4. Wire shaft lifting mode: electric lifting;

5. Pintle Clamp type: Cylinder;

6. Wire feeding power: AC motor + frequency converter + reducer;

7. Wire feeding speed control: automatically control the motor wire feeding speed;

8. Brake: pneumatic brake;

9. Main electrical configuration, frequency converter. Contactor, intermediate relay, transformer. The switch. The electric motor. Speed reducer, etc;

10. Control system with PLC + HMI for the speed detection so that the whole system work with the line speed in synchronization.
