Product Feature:

Screw bolt advantage sleeve connection condition to improve, and increase the carrying capacity of the threaded connection fatigue strength: using the sleeve-type screw pitch and thread type can eliminate the deviation between the screw holes and the load is evenly distributed, thereby increasing the threaded connection Load capacity and fatigue strength. Installation method

1. Drilling hole: The drilling depth should be greater than the length of the bolt sleeve. Note that the size of the tapping drill is larger than the usual number.
2. Thread tapping: The size of the tapped thread should correspond to that of the external thread of the bolt sleeve.
3. Installation: Screw the bolt sleeve into the corresponding threaded hole, and require the bolt sleeve to be lower than the surface of the workpiece.
4. Lock key: Use a suitable tool to press the bolt fixing key of the bolt sleeve into the bottom hole.
