Wirewound Rheostat, Adjustable Resistors, high power, wide resistance range
Wirewound Rheostat is a C-shaped ceramic rod and wound with copper or chromium-alloy wire as a resistance element. Except for the slide contact surface, the entire component is coated with a high-temperature, non-flammable resin. Rheostat is a variable resistor which is used to control current.
Features:
1. Wide Max. Resistance range: 3Ω ~ 5KΩ.
2. Standard resistance tolerance is K(±10%).
3. Closer tolerances are available upon request.
4. Rated power: 25W to 500W
Main Application:
1. Motor controller, blenders, mixers, fans, and power tools.
2. Test instruments to provide an accurate resistance value.
