Main units

1. There are up to two drilling package and one down drilling package. With a special design rectangle drilling package the quantity of vertical drilling bits is increased to 16, and the reasonable layout improves the working efficiency. The minimum distance between two drilling packages is 64mm;
2. Minimum panel size: 120 * 30MM;
3. The panel presser of slotting motor adopts linear guide rail guidance and synchronization, which improves the stability of pressing;
4. There is an independent floating platform to ensure the accuracy of drilling.
5. Air floating working platform reduces the touch between panel and platform, so the surface of the panel is not easy to be scratched.
6. The down working unit adds a separate Blum hinge hole drilling package, which can drill hinge holes perfectly and efficiently;
7. Super large pressure-stabilized gas storage tank makes the working pressure stabler.
8. The compressed air supercharger keeps the pressure stable and makes the drilling depth more accurate.
9. Two large pressure shoes, increase the pressure stability, make the drill hole more accurate.
10. The intelligent side leaning system can automatically measure the width of the panel and correct the error of panel placement in time.
11. The intelligent measuring device can automatically measure the length of the panel to prevent the error caused by the wrong label.

Intelligent side leaning

Measuring the panel width automatically can prevent wrong panel processing in time.



Double linkage gripper (optional with blowing device)

Two grippers are controlled by servo and the positioning is accurate. When the gripper moves quickly, the lower gripper plate sinks to avoid touching the panel.
Optional: The gripper has an optional blowing function, which can blow off the dust on the gripper and avoid pinching the panel.



Super large pressure-stabilized gas storage tank

It makes the working pressure stabler.



Compressed air supercharger

Keep the pressure stable to make the drilling depth more accurate.



Large pressure shoes

It can increase the stability of pressing material and make the drill hole more accurate.



Linear guide and synchronization

The panel presser of the slotting motor adopts linear guide rail guidance and synchronization, which improves the stability of pressing.



Precision guide rail

The mounting surface of the guide rail is processed on a large-scale gantry machining center and punched by numerical control, with high precision and strong load-bearing capacity, which can better ensure running stability during high-speed machining.



High precision rack and pinion

2M rack has a large specification, large contact surface, strong load-bearing capacity, and stable transmission.



Automatic lubrication system

Adjustable automatic lubrication extends the service life of the equipment.



Electric control system

The low-voltage electrical equipment is selected from South Korea's LS brand, which has a strong anti-interference ability and ensures smoother and stabler operation of the equipment.



Servo control system

High-performance bus servo drive, with absolute value motor, has a strong anti-interference ability. There is no need to go back to the base point, which avoids the precision error caused by interference of the base point switch.
