Applications:

The processes used for different applications are varied. For example:

• Membrane Press (vacuum press) is suitable for covering various types of sheets such as MDF, particleboard, wooden board and fiberboard, for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe and furniture. Five surfaces can be covered at once. The thickness ranges from 0.20 to 0.50 mm, width is 1260 or 1400 mm and length is 100 to 300 m per roll.
• Wrapping Profiles has the capability to cover all kinds of profiles which includes wood profile, aluminum profile and PVC profile, for use on door frame, window sill, base channel and PVC ceiling. Thicker of 0.12 to 0.18 mm, width of 40 to 1260 mm and length of 300 to 800 m per roll.
• Cold Laminating is ideal for flat panels such as wood Panel, steel panel, aluminum panel and PVC panel and for doors and furniture. It comes with thickness range of 0.12 to 0.20 mm, width of 1240 to 1260 mm and length of 300 to 500 m per roll.
• Hot Laminating is suitable for PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel for doors, skirting. It has the thickness in the range of 0.16 to 0.30 mm, width of 1260 mm and length of 200 to 300 m per roll.
• Self-Adhesive is applicable for any smooth surface. It can be used in furniture and indoor decorations with thickness range from 0.10 to 0.20 mm, width of 600 or 1220 mm and length of 5 to 50 m per roll.
