Product Description:

Our PVC Foil is primarily made of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), a synthetic plastic material that is highly durable, flexible, and easy to process.

It offers a broad range of colors, patterns, and textures that allows it to imitate the appearance of natural materials such as wood, metal, fabric or stone. As a result of this, decorations and designs of a high quality can be achieved at a cost-effective price.

The foil is also extremely versatile, as it can be applied to a multitude of different surfaces. Doors, cabinets, furniture, and walls are amongst some of the common structures to which it can be applied. This foil also has a long-lasting durability and can be used in areas with high-traffic.

Maintaining this foil requires minimal effort, as it just needs to have a periodic wipe with a damp cloth. Moreover, the cost is much less in comparison to natural materials that replicate an equal aesthetic.

To further meet design specifications and preferences, there is a variety of different styles and finishes to choose from. The scope of application is also wide and includes kitchen and bathroom cabinets, interior doors, wall paneling, furniture surfaces, retail displays, and much more.

Technical Parameters:

Our range of Vinyl flooring offers a variety of options for homeowners. These include varying thicknesses between 0.1mm and 0.5mm, along with widths of 1260mm and 1400mm.

The length of each roll is 100 to 400m, allowing for easy installation.

We provide many design choices for our vinyl flooring options; these include wood grain, solid colour, marble, brick and much more.

Surface treatment of the vinyl flooring can be customized to matt, super matt, embossed, high gloss, and soft touch. We also can provide OEM and ODM services.

Applications:

Different Process for different application:

1.Membrane Press (Vacuum Press): Cover on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc., for doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, furniture, etc. Cover embossed board, cover five surfaces at the same time. Dimensions are: Thickness: 0.20-0.50mm; Width: 1260mm, 1400mm; Length: 100-300m/roll.

2.Wrapping Profiles: Cover on all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on. Dimensions are: Thickness: 0.12-0.18mm; Width: 40-1260mm; Length: 300-800m/roll.

3.Cold Laminating: Cover on all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. for doors and furniture. Dimensions are: Thickness: 0.12-0.20mm; Width: 1240-1260mm; Length: 300-500m/roll.

4.Hot Laminating: Cover on the PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on. Dimensions are: Thickness: 0.16-0.30mm; Width: 1260mm; Length: 200-300m/roll.

5.Self-Adhesive: Can be put on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations. Dimensions are: Thickness: 0.10-0.20mm; Width: 600mm/1220mm; Length: 5-50m/roll.
