Features:

The gear box of pellet machine adopts three-stage gear deceleration, which boasts five times larger carrying capacity than the old model, and longer service life. Since it is manufactured by five axis gantry CNC machining center, the gear box can guarantee excellent quality and precision. Moreover, it is connected with Chinese standard motor by coupling directly, thus increasing kinetic energy conversion rate and production efficiency. Any maintenance for this gear box is also more convenient since it is paired with well-known domestic motor brands.

The main shaft of pellet machine is made of 45# steel. To ensure higher hardness and longer service life of the shaft, the main shaft is processed by precision casting, and then further by quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining.

The pellet machine has newly upgraded kick-out system, in which a hard tooth surface reducer is used as the driving motor, so the life span and operation stability of the system can be largely improved. It also uses disc type for pellets discharging, in order to produce smoother surface and better forming degree.

The pellet machine equip with two sets of lubricating system. The grease pump is mainly for lubricating the two rollers, while the circulating lubricating oil pump mainly lubricates the pellet machine main shaft bearings, gearbox and material dial part. The gear box lubrication pump is also installed with flow detection and over-pressure protection, as to prevent equipment failures caused by inadequate lubrication. In addition, the gear box lubrication pump has a built-in cooling fan, so the lubricating oil can be cooled down with continuous operation of the machine.

For the ring die, two kinds of material are available for selection, which are alloy steel and stainless steel. Both of them have excellent quenching performance after vacuum furnace tempering, and guaranteed uniform hardness, no breakage, and superior wear-resistant. Moreover, high-speed gun drilling is used to process the die holes, making them arranged evenly throughout, and the inner walls can remain smooth, thus both the up and down die can be used.
