The pellet machine gear box comes with three-stage gear deceleration, which is 5 times larger than the old model with super long service life. The gear box core is machined with five axis gantry CNC machining center to ensure the quality and precision. It is connected with Chinese standard motor by coupling directly, which can increase kinetic energy conversion rate and improve production efficiency. Moreover, maintenance becomes more convenient. The main shaft is made of 45# steel and gone through precision casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining to increase hardness and service life.

In the new pellet machine, the kick-out system adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, with longer life and more stable operation. Discharging of pellets is done by disc type, which is smoother and has better forming degree.

Lubrication pump has two systems, which is grease pump and circulating lubricating oil pump. The grease pump is to lubricate two rollers in the pellet machine. The circulating lubricating oil pump mainly lubricate the main shaft bearings and gearbox, as well as the material dial part. The gear box lubrication pump comes with flow detection and over-pressure protection to preventing equipment failure from poor lubrication. It is also equipped with a cooling fan which can cool the lubricating oil without stopping the machine for long-term operation.

As for the ring die, there are two kinds of materials used for manufacturing. One is alloy steel and the other one is stainless steel. After quenching in a vacuum furnace, the hardness of the die is uniform without any breakage, it is super wear-resistant. The die holes are processed by high-speed gun drilling, evenly arranged and the inside of the holes is smooth. In addition, either side of the die can be used.
