The upper part of packing machine is the material storage hopper, which has two sensors on the upper material level and the lower material level.

There is a feeder under the hopper, accurate quantitative is to rely on it, the whole feeding process is divided into three stages, big input, medium input, small input, under the control of a microcomputer controller accurate input to the set weight. Below the feeder is the measuring bucket, which is used to carry the materials dropped by the feeder.

After the computer got the signal of the pocket switch, it began to unload the weighing hopper.
