7. Cut off the power supply in time after the stop work, and clean and lubricate the equipment.

Computer panel saw work flow:
When the cutting saw machine works automatically, first move the feeding manipulator to the set feeding area, move the saw blade to the initial position, start the saw blade, and then push the plate into the manipulator against the ruler, and then start the automatic cycle; the manipulator clamps Hold the plate and pull the material back, move backward to the long distance of the plate, and then feed forward according to the set length; after the feeding is completed, the pressure rod moves down to press the plate, and the saw blade rises; the pressure rod is pressed in place, and the saw blade moves After the saw blade is in place, the saw blade moves forward. After the advance is in place, the saw blade drops and the pressure beam rises. When the saw blade is in place, the saw blade retreats. At the same time, the above action cycle is repeated for another feeding. Until all the set quantities are processed, the manipulator runs to the zero position to remove the remaining material. When it is launched, a cycle of work is completed.
