1.from cotton to greige, this inspirational physical reaction quietly happens in the mill which covers 30000 square meters. As the source of the industrial chain, Chuanmian is on the way to the development of the Belt and Road,shouldering the glorious mission of promoting employment through aiding the industries.1440 sets of rotor spinning, 5000 spindles ring spinning and 212 Tsudakoma air-jet looms have injected solid strength into the standardization, automation, informatization, and intelligentization of the textile industry. With the hard work of 200 more employees, Chuanmian has become an advanced intelligent textile mill with an annual output of 10000 tons of yarn and 32 million meters of greige.

2.Printing and dyeing base: from greige to dyeing, printing and finished fabric, this intense and colorful chemical reaction is happening in our workshops . From 1958 to 2023, Chuanmian has developed into a large-scale manufacturer with 9 continuous dyeing lines, 2 rotary screen printing lines . The products cover various woven fabrics, such as polyester/cotton, cotton, polyester, polyester/viscose, nylon/cotton, spandex, etc., and make these products water-proof, oil-proof, acid-finish, UV resistant, flame-retardant, etc. The annual output is over 160 million meters, covering the whole domestic markets and 50 more overseas markets.
