Operation method
1. Put the bottle filled with materials and put the lid on the lower tray. The operator holds the bottle with one hand and the handle is tightened down by the other hand. At this time, the capping head is pressed against the tray until the bottle cap and the capping head are pressed.
2. When the cap and the cap are pressed, the cap is tightly rolled after several turns of the rotating head of the cap rolling tool.
3. Return the handle to the original position, and return the cover head to the original position, so that the cover of the rolled cap will return to the original position with the tray. The whole operation process is completed. Repeat the above operation for each bottle cap rolling later.
4. Press the start switch on the lower cover machine with the right index finger and press down until the clutch of the cover spinner is self-contained
When the sound of "Da Da..." is released, the screw head does not have to be pressed too tightly according to the tightening of the screw cover;
5. The adjustment of the cap tightness can be achieved by adjusting the torque adjustment nut between the screw head and the spinner. The greater the torque distance is when the screw is adjusted, the tighter the cap is, the smaller the torque distance is for the nut to be loosened, and the looser the cap is.
Matters needing attention
1. It is forbidden to use this machine in flammable gas environment.
2. The machine can not be stored in humid, corrosive gas and high dust environment.
3. It is not allowed to change the direction of rotation in use, so as to avoid damaging the motor and shortening the service life.
