Machine Description:
For easy open cans filling, it is not possible to replace oxygen with a vacuum due to the characteristics of the packing material, so in order to minimize oxygen contact, it is common to use a direct purge replacement to fill the cans with carbon dioxide gas before sealing with the filling valve. Due to the special design of the valve body, when the cans are sealed with the valve body, it continues to inflate the CO2 gas, while another gas loop releases a portion of the gas directly and it relies on a large flow of carbon dioxide gas to replace oxygen, while increasing the loss of carbon dioxide, but it is the only reliable solution to the current filling technology.
1 Inflating: injecting carbon dioxide gas into the can and exchust valve open
2 pressure balance: inject the can with carbon dioxide gas and close the exchust valve, and balance the pressure inside the can with the pressure inside the tank
3 Filling: because of the pressure in the can is balanced with the pressure of the filling tank, forming equal pressure, the filling valve was opened under the action of spring automatically , at this time the beer flows into the bottle under the action of gravity, and the gas in the can enters the tank through the gas return tube of the filling valve
4, Closing valve: when the liquid level reaches the position of the exhaust hole of the gas return tube, because the liquid has closed the gas return tube, it can not continue to discharge the gas, and the liquid can not continue filling, the bottle has been filled, the filling is finished, and close the filling valve.
5, Exhaust pressure : the bottle at the end of filling before leaving the filling valve, the filling valve exhaust will slowly release the pressure inside the bottle.
6, Bubble: After the filled bottle is removed out from the filling valve, a high pressure water drops inject in bottle to creat foam (usually hot water is used), a certain amount of foam is produced in the bottle, and the oxygen in the can mouth space is discharged
7,seaming: the last step is Capping, after capping and sealing, the can filling process is finished, the bottles come to pasteurizing process.
