Quinine water is a mixture of soda water, sugar, fruit extract and quinine. Also known as tonic water (English: tonic water, also known as Indian tonic water, tonic water) is a kind of soft bubble beverage, which uses quinine (also known as "cinchona cream") as the main flavoring, with a natural plant bitterness, and is often used to mix various cocktails with spirits.

Quinine water is also called tonic or tonic. It's soda water mixed with sugar, fruit extract and quinine. Now it is generally used as a bar liquor.

It mainly used for producing Carbonated beverage; since carbon dioxide gases(CO2) are pressurized to mix with liquids , the pressure throughout the filling system is typically 0.3 Mpa-0.6Mpa. and because CO2 is more stable at low temperatures, low temperatures increase the solubility of CO2 in water. To increase the amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in water, the beverage is usually mixed and filled at 0-5℃;and there are many other factors affecting CO2 content in carbonated beverages.
