Ginger ale approach:
1. Boil the ginger syrup first
2. Peel and slice the ginger, and boil it with the same volume of water
3. Boil on low heat for five minutes, then turn off the heat and let it stand for one hour
4. Filter out the ginger water with filter, add the same volume of sugar (1cup) as the original water, and boil until the sugar dissolves
5. Put it into a small pot and take it as you like
6. Add ginger syrup, crushed mint leaves, lime juice (or lemon juice), bubble water and ice to drink
It mainly used for producing Carbonated beverage; since carbon dioxide gases(CO2) are pressurized to mix with liquids , the pressure throughout the filling system is typically 0.3 Mpa-0.6Mpa. and because CO2 is more stable at low temperatures, low temperatures increase the solubility of CO2 in water. To increase the amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in water, the beverage is usually mixed and filled at 0-5℃;and there are many other factors affecting CO2 content in carbonated beverages.
