Automatic mayonnaise glass jar capping machine
The automatic capping machine for mayonnaise is mainly used for vacuum capping of three, four and six iron caps of glass wide mouth bottles. Two belts with different speeds are used to press the caps. Because of the different speeds of the two belts, the caps are rubbed and tightened to achieve the purpose of capping. Before automatic capping, blow steam to the bottle mouth to heat it, blow off the cold air, replace it with high-temperature steam, and immediately screw the bottle cap. According to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, when the steam cools down, the vacuum in the bottle will naturally form, achieving the purpose of vacuum capping.

Description:

The cap unscrambling system adopts crawler-type elevating method, it arrange caps according to the cap center of gravity, no fault cap output and no cap damage,A slideway connect the cap unscrambler and the capping machine, and it equipped with 1 sensors on the slideway, if there is no caps feed to capping machine, the sensor will send information to PLC, the machine will stop and alarming.
