A: Please send us your artwork in file formats such as PDF.AI.EPS.PSD or CRD with pantone color numbers, size, shape and Quantity etc.

3) How long can I expect to get the sample?

A: The samples will be ready around 3-7 days. If you want to see physical samples, they can be sent to you via courier express. It will take around 3 days for shipping sample. It is ok to use your own courier express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4) How long are your turnaround time for mass production?

A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It usually will take around 7-15 days to process bulk production. If you need goods urgently, we will try our best to make them first and rush them out as soon as possible.
