KDL produce wire mesh demister,it is used to remove the mist (fog droplets) entrained in the gas, recover expensive mist droplets (valuable materials), or purify the gas to reduce impurities in the gas. The wire mesh demister generally uses φ0.10mm~φ0.28mm metal wire or engineering plastics (PP, PTFE, FEP, PVDF, etc.), and is woven into a wire mesh by a special warp and weft method, and then the woven wire mesh is pressed into a Ripples at an angle. It is made of corrugated wire mesh in various specifications and sizes.

There are many famous foreign manufacturers of wire mesh demisters with a series of products for different neighborhoods. Its mechanism of action is: when the fine liquid mist entrained in the gas phase passes through the wire mesh of the wire mesh demister, the mist hits the demisting wire mesh and is adhered or adsorbed.

After repeated adsorption of the mist,the extremely small droplets agglomerate and coalesce into large droplets. Under the action of gravity, the droplets move down along the intersection of the woven wire mesh and the silk, and at the same time continue to absorb the droplets entrained in the gas. Large mist drops flow to the bottom of the demister screen, and fall down by the gravity of the droplet itself. In fact, in the process of absorption, because the inside of the whole wire mesh demister is filled with the adsorbed mist, the enhanced The adsorption capacity of single metal or engineering plastic wire is improved, so that the demisting rate of the demisting wire mesh is greatly improved during normal operation, and it can effectively absorb and detach extremely small mist droplets. This wire mesh demister has the characteristics of small pressure drop, large specific surface area and high demisting efficiency. For the fog droplets above 3μm, its demist removal efficiency can reach more than 98%.
