Product Description

690 alloy has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and intergranular stress corrosion cracking, and is mainly used in pressurized water nuclear power plant steam generator heat transfer tube material. Pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant steam generator heat transfer pipe materials have gone through a development process, including 304 austenitic stainless steel,600 alloy, 800 alloy and 690 alloy. The study on corrosion failure of 600 alloy in service shows that intergranular corrosion and intergranular stress corrosion cracking are the main problems. 690 alloy as a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant steam generator heat transfer tube material, since the 1990s has been put into use has not been found damaged reports.

Lap Joint Stube End is a kind of steel butt welded pipe fittings. Generally, it is the fitting inside the loose sleeve flange. The loose sleeve flange is often used in the medium temperature and pressure are not high and the medium corrosive situation. When the medium is corrosive, the part of the flange in contact with the medium (flanging nipple) is a corrosion-resistant high-grade material, while the non-contact part of the flange uses a low-grade material, and the flange ring clamps it to achieve seal. Flanging is generally formed by stamping process, and is divided into long flanging and short flanging according to the length of the straight tube end.
